Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Voybora website and your booking of any service through it, including visa applications, airport meet & greet, airport transfer, airport lounge access, and holiday packages (each a "Service").

By submitting a booking or application through Voybora, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use our Services.

The services we provide

Voybora arranges travel-related Services either directly through our own operating team or through suppliers we have vetted and contracted with. We are the party you contract with for the purpose of the booking, even where a supplier ultimately performs the Service.

Availability, pricing, and eligibility for any Service (a destination country's visa requirements, an airport's meet & greet coverage, a holiday package's departure dates) are subject to change without notice and are confirmed only at the point a booking is completed.

Bookings and payment

A booking is confirmed once you receive a reference ID and, where applicable, payment has been successfully processed. All prices shown are quoted in the currency displayed at checkout and are inclusive of the fees stated at that time.

You are responsible for reviewing all details of your booking -- traveller names, dates, destination, and selected options -- before submitting payment. Corrections after submission are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information for every traveller on a booking, including names exactly as they appear on travel documents, correct dates of birth, and correct nationality.

For visa applications specifically, you are responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of every document you upload. Voybora reviews document formatting and completeness but does not verify the truthfulness of information you provide, and is not liable for a rejection caused by inaccurate or fraudulent information you supplied.

Third-party suppliers and government authorities

Some Services are fulfilled by third-party suppliers (ground transport operators, lounge operators, tour operators) or are subject to decisions made by government immigration authorities that Voybora does not control. Where a Service outcome depends on such a third party or authority, Voybora's role is limited to submitting your booking or application correctly and communicating updates.

Voybora is not liable for delay, denial, or service quality issues that originate from a government authority's decision or a third-party supplier's own performance, beyond our obligation to select and monitor suppliers reasonably.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Voybora's liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the amount paid for that specific booking. Voybora is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed flights or connecting travel arrangements, arising from a Service delay or failure outside our direct control.

Intellectual property

All content on the Voybora website -- text, graphics, logos, and the underlying software -- is owned by or licensed to Voybora and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the relevant Voybora operating entity for your country of booking is registered. Any dispute arising from these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Voybora after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
